Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for orders received before 1 PM on a shipping day.

Free shipping in the EU on orders from €150.

Belgium and Germany: €7.50 (free from €150)

Rest of the EU: €10 (free from €150)

Switzerland, United Kingdom and Norway: €15 (free from €200)

Rest of the world: €25

Express shipping:

Belgium and Germany: €15

Rest of the EU: €20

Switzerland, United Kingdom and Norway: €25

Rest of the world: €35

If you live outside the EU, you may have to pay import duties and local taxes on delivery. These costs are different in every country, so please check with your local customs office. They are not included in the product price or shipping costs, and are paid by the customer.

Netherlands: 1–2 working days.

Other countries: 2–7 working days.

If your order is urgent, choose express shipping at checkout. If your order is delayed, please contact the carrier mentioned in your tracking email. They can help you fastest.

Please check that all details are correct before you place your order. Once an order is placed, we can't guarantee that we can still change it. If you made a mistake, email us at support@packbags.nl as soon as possible and we'll do our best.

Not what you expected? That can happen. You can return all purchases within 30 days after delivery.

Please return items unused, in their original condition, with the tags attached and preferably in the original packaging. Add a note with your name, order number and the reason for the return.

Please use our return portal and follow the steps. This way we can track your return and refund you as quickly as possible.

Returns usually take 3–10 working days to process, from the day after we receive them. Once we've checked the items, we refund the purchase price. The original shipping costs are not refunded. You'll get an email when your refund has been sent. We refund to the payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.
